this time i have pictures

so much to talk about! i started my internship 3 weeks ago; on my first day, i went to a press conference given by hilary clinton. my first day! it was kind of surreal. i won't go into all the details, but it was to announce an amendment to the immigration bill (which was eventually voted against).


i had a friend come and visit over memorial day weekend, and we played tourist for a bit; i'm mooching some of his pictures. thanks steven!
